WinClose Basic is a downloadable version of the full WinClose that has been designed for the smaller closing office where the focus is the production of the HUD-1 and printing checks.  WinClose Basic is upward compatible with WinClose.  You can start with the Basic version and later add the extra document production capabilities of WinClose.  You will keep all of your data and setup information if you upgrade to WinClose.

The downloaded version may be tested for 30 days.  It is a full working copy with only the printed output marked with "Demo Software".  If you are not satisfied with WinClose Basic after testing it you may simply run the uninstall program to remove it.

Pricing

WinClose Basic is sold only by FSS or approved distributors. No training is required for WinClose Basic.  Training is required for the full version of WinClose, and the rates for each day vary by distributor and region ($550-$600 per day average, plus food, travel and lodging).
